I spent Friday afternoon at UWA's O-Day. Quite a carnival atmosphere, and certainly a lot bigger than previous years. After wandering around to look at all the stands I renewed my UniSFA and UCC memberships, and spent most of the rest of the afternoon in Cameron Hall. I have to get used to the idea that UCC have uncrappier PCs than I do... (I'm referring specifically to pitch).

In the evening, after a late dinner, I went to the O-Party at Boronia, house of [livejournal.com profile] tommmo and [livejournal.com profile] nephron and others. Interesting conversation ensued in the kitchen until 2am. When I arrived Margaret was asleep on the couch. When I left Margaret was asleep on the couch. Apparently she'd had a long day...

When they work, they're kind of nice.
The entire point of the UCC afterall, is to have the money to own a better computer then anyone else.
