Yes, it's that guess-that-song thing that's been doing the rounds recently. I didn't bother with the random selection of songs, on account of the likelyhood of coming up with a bunch of songs with no lyrics.
Remember, search engines are cheating!
Remember, search engines are cheating!
- And I think about the night, and my kaleidoscope sight, and why my horse it has four ears
Still I'm glad for what we had, and how I once loved you- This is so unreal, what I feel, This nourishment, life is bent
- Midnight rockers, city slickers, Gunmen and maniacs
- The things you think are precious, I cannot understand
- So you think you're having good times, With the boy that you just met
- When will i get my cuddle? Who are you?
- Sweet surrender on the quayside
This city desert makes you feel so cold. It's got so many people but it's got no soul- Are you one of those girls, for whom time stands still, once a month?
- Let's take a lovers vow, And then seal it with a kiss
You hit me with a flowerYesterday I woke up sucking a lemonNow they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert HallAll around, people looking half dead, Walking on the sidewalk, hotter than a match headWell I tried to fake it, I dont mind sayin, I just cant make itSo let's sink another drink, 'Cause it'll give me time to think- How high can you fly? You never, never, never reach the sky
- There are rooms in this house that I don't open anymore
He was white as a sheet, And he also made false teethMade of plastic and elastic, he is rugged and long-lastingEvery time just like the last, On her ship tied to the mast

#2 is correct. You'd be surprised by the age of many of the songs quoted. Many of the newer songs I listen to these days have no lyrics. :P
